Upon looking for a new OBGYN, I came across Nova Health and when I spoke to Michelle the receptionist over the phone she was beyond helpful. She made me feel important and cared for my needs when registering me as a new patient. When I got there a few days later the whole office team was so pleasant and made me feel as if I had been coming to them for years even though it was my first time as a patient. Dr. Shields was more than awesome and I'm so happy to be able to have her as a new OBGYN. I couldn't be more content with this place and it's definitely worth the 20 minute drive. Thank you for being so kind to me Nova!

March 8, 2025The office is so nice and accommodating! Dr. Shields is so kind and gentle. Michelle the receptionist is exceptional. Everyone is so kind except for Caitlin, she was so rude to me on the phone as I started crying because of pregnancy hormones, and raised her voice at me, telling me not to yell at her and she was not going to deal with it. I would never yell at a person just trying to do their job. I was trying my hardest not to start balling my eyes out.

March 6, 2025I just recently started going to Nova Womens Health, and it has been great so far! They are easy to communicate with, book, and they send plenty of appointment reminders which is very helpful. For the appointments, Nova is always on time and you don’t wait long, which is great too so if you have to get back to work you can. The doctors I have seen have been welcoming, they make you feel comfortable at your first appointment and they are also very knowledgeable. I would recommend Nova Womens Health if you are looking for a new doctor in that area.

They always make me feel comfortable and explain everything. Recently I called with a problem and they fit me in the same day without any hesitation. After doing some research, I decided that Dr. Nayar at Nova Women’s Health was the person I needed to see. Dr. Nayar was kind and put me at ease immediately! She is so knowledgeable and was incredibly helpful, taking the time to listen to my concerns. Her office staff is pleasant and they and Dr. Nayar respected my time by running on time! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind and welcoming - from the receptionist to the nursing assistant to Linda, the wonderful nurse practitioner who saw me. The office was clean, the staff was professional and compassionate, and everything ran very smoothly. I was in and out pretty quickly without feeling rushed, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for quality care in a friendly environment!

Every single person I interacted with was so, so nice! They all made me feel really comfortable and by the end of the visit, I felt like I'd been going there forever. I felt heard and seen and all of my concerns were addressed. I NEVER felt rushed. My gyn even hugged me by the end of the visit! I'm grateful for the experience.

April 28, 2024Let’s face it, no one loves going to the gynecologist. But with that being said, if you have to go, this is the place. I recently had my first visit at Nova and from the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with friendliness (even though she was wearing a mask, I could still tell she was smiling). She was very helpful and attentive. I also found Dr. Nayar to be a kind, patient, positive doctor who puts you at ease immediately. She is very knowledgeable and shares that information with you. I felt she really cared. I feel lucky to have found NOVA!

But it was wonderful! I was able to make an appointment quickly. The woman scheduling the appointment was super nice and helpful. The office was modern, pleasant, and clean. I saw the NP, who was lovely. Knowledgeable, relatable, and explained everything. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommend!
