Upon looking for a new OBGYN, I came across Nova Health and when I spoke to Michelle the receptionist over the phone she was beyond helpful. She made me feel important and cared for my needs when registering me as a new patient. When I got there a few days later the whole office team was so pleasant and made me feel as if I had been coming to them for years even though it was my first time as a patient. Dr. Shields was more than awesome and I'm so happy to be able to have her as a new OBGYN. I couldn't be more content with this place and it's definitely worth the 20 minute drive. Everyone is so kind except for Caitlin, she was so rude to me on the phone as I started crying because of pregnancy hormones, and raised her voice at me, telling me not to yell at her and she was not going to deal with it. I just recently started going to Nova Womens Health, and it has been great so far! They are easy to communicate with, book, and they send plenty of appointment reminders which is very helpful. For the appointments, Nova is always on time and you don’t wait long, which is great too so if you have to get back to work you can. The doctors I have seen have been welcoming, they make you feel comfortable at your first appointment and they are also very knowledgeable.
